IT security is on the minds of leaders in every institution. It seems that a report of a hack is in the news on a weekly basis. For most, however, they believe that cybersecurity is reserved for those with Computer Science degrees in the IT department locked away in a back room with no daylight while on a steady diet of Cheetos and Monster energy drinks.
Proper information systems security procedures, however, are not just reserved for the “techies”; they are practices that can and should be implemented by every employee in every organization.
This session will de-mystify IT security and provide practical hands-on techniques that will help users and managers to help improve their cybersecurity posture.
Registration Deadline: Monday, September 30 at 4:00 p.m. Registration and log-in information will be sent to registrants on Monday, September 30 after 4:00 p.m.
